Tika Hribar in Nuša Gnezda: Si (še) prijateljica s svojim telesom?

O tem sem v novi epizodi podkasta Onaplus govorila s Tiko Hribar, ki jo na družbenih omrežjih poznamo kot Tixibeauty – glas, ki v poplavi lepotnih nasvetov prinaša jasnost, znanje in umirjenost. Je soavtorica knjige Živjo, lepa koža in raziskovalka nege, lepote ter znanosti, že skoraj dve desetletji. V studiu se mi je pridružila tudi Nuša Gnezda, osebna trenerka, ki žensko telo postavlja v ospredje vadbenih programov. Spodbuja nežnost, zavedanje in gibanje, ki nas podpira – ne izčrpava.

Ein Jeep Cherokee XJ als Daily-Oldtimer – kann man machen. Anna hat’s gemacht. Doch ziemlich schnell wurde klar: So ein alter Jeep fährt sich nicht einfach nur, er möchte auch beschäftigt werden. Und zwar regelmäßig. Das Auto einfach abgeben und fertig wieder abholen? Für Anna keine Option. Also hieß es: selbst schrauben, Schweißen lernen und sich an Arbeiten wagen, bei denen man vorher vielleicht noch dachte: „Das kann ich niemals selbst.“ Aber kann man sich das alles wirklich einfach beibringen? Und viel wichtiger: Sieht der TÜV das am Ende genauso? Dabei ist Zeit sowieso ein knappes Gut. Zwischen Beruf, Alltag und anderen Hobbys bleibt davon oft kaum etwas übrig – und trotzdem findet man erstaunlicherweise immer noch ein paar Stunden für das eigene Auto. Warum opfern wir diese Zeit eigentlich so gerne? Und wieso fühlt sich ein Abend in der Garage manchmal weniger nach Arbeit und mehr nach Ausgleich an? Mittlerweile ist auch noch ein Golf 2 eingezogen und auf Instagram begleitet Anna ihr Leben und ihre Projekte. Doch warum zeigen wir eigentlich, was wir schrauben? Geht es um Likes und Anerkennung – oder ist Instagram für uns einfach das digitale Schraubertagebuch? Wir sprechen darüber, was uns beim Selbermachen wirklich antreibt, ob Frauen in der Schrauberszene noch immer mit Vorurteilen kämpfen und warum es ein verdammt gutes Gefühl ist, am Ende sagen zu können: Das habe ich selbst gemacht. Und natürlich klären wir die vielleicht wichtigste Oldtimer-Frage überhaupt: Kann man alte Autos eigentlich einfach nur fahren? Oder braucht man irgendwann zwangsläufig einen Daily für den Daily?

Metoda Dodič Fikfak in Anton Komat: Tvegane kemikalije so povsod. Kaj to pomeni za naše telo?

Gre za nevidne snovi, ki jih najdemo povsod: v zraku, vodi, hrani, kozmetiki in predmetih okoli nas. Koliko kemikalij vsak dan vnesemo vase in kakšno ceno plačujemo? Slovenija se rada predstavlja kot zelena država, a pod površjem ostajajo številne okoljske obremenitve, od pesticidov, PCB in drugih kemikalij do mikroplastike in onesnažene vode, katerih vplive na zdravje pogosto težko neposredno dokazujemo, vendar jih ne moremo več spregledati. Gosta tokratnega podkasta Onaplus opozarjata, da potrebujemo več strokovnega znanja, neodvisnih raziskav, strožje ukrepe in predvsem manj prelaganja odgovornosti na posameznika, saj je vprašanje, kako zmanjšati izpostavljenost ljudi, postalo tudi vprašanje odgovornosti družbe. Bi radi živeli dlje in bolje? Medicina razkriva, kaj zares vpliva na dolgoživost

Medtem ko nekateri ljudje pri šestdesetih prekipevajo od energije, se drugi že desetletja spopadajo s kronično utrujenostjo in bolečinami. Čeprav je čas naklonjen hitrim rešitvam in estetski medicini, se odgovor ne skriva v »sreči«, temveč v znanosti, ki ji pravimo longevity ali medicina dolgoživosti. Kot poudarja Mirjana Sredojević, dr. med., specialistka kardiologije in vaskularne medicine ter vodja klinike Carpe Diem Longevity, dolgoživost ni le trend, temveč nov medicinski model, ki namesto gašenja požarov gradi trdne temelje za zdravje. »Ne gre le za fizične simptome, temveč za ravnovesje celotnega telesa,« pravi sogovornica. Pod havbo #2 / Razdrli smo centrifugalno sklopko novega BMW F 450 GS

V drugi epizodi tehniškega podcasta je Jure postal mehanični vajenec in se pod vodstvom ter izdatno pomočjo izkušenega BMW-strokovnjaka Sama Trpina podal "Pod havbo" letošnje najbolj vroče motoristične novosti z Bavarske – novega BMW F 450 GS. Lotila sta se mehanske centrifugalne sklopke ERC (Easy Ride Clutch), ki brez elektronske komponente motoristu poleg čisto klasičnega prestavljanja 6-stopenjskega menjalnika omogoča še hibridno izkušnjo upravljanja z menjalnikom brez uporabe ročice sklopke.
