David opened his Ecclesiastes 3 sermon by telling the congregation that God is really a problem. It was intentional. Horace wrote Carpe Diem around 60 BC. Most people quote the first part. The full phrase is: seize the day, and put no trust in tomorrow. That’s Ecclesiastes 9. What Does the Bible Say About Christian Unity?

In the final section of His longest recorded prayer, Jesus stops praying for the eleven disciples in front of Him and starts praying for people He’d never meet.
