Thanks to Billie and her awesome podcast I feel like I have a better relationship with food. I subscribe to her emails as well and they seem to pop in when I need it most. She is the ultimate girls girl. Her podcast isn’t super long and drawn out. I love how personable she is. Give her a listen if you want to repair your relationship with food.
Best weight loss podcast out there

This is hands down the most relatable weight loss podcast out there. Billie breaks down how to lose weight and have a positive mindset in an extremely doable way. I’ve tried too many diet plans to count, tracker macros and calories, and attended numerous exercise classes. Nothing worked. Billie provides basic habits that were easy to incorporate into my everyday life and reminds me that perfection isn’t the secret - it’s consistency. She helped lose weight in a simple manner and it wasn’t stressful as I only had to make easy changes and did not have to track every last detail of what I ate in my day. She uses concrete examples that I could incorporate into my everyday life. I can’t recommend this podcast enough!

i NEVER write reviews but this woman deserves her praise. i have only been listening for about a month and have already dropped 10 pounds without a sweat because ive just changed my mindset thanks to Billie. the only way you can have lasting change is by changing your mindset and now its so easy. even if i slip up, its all a part of the process and its so easy to just get right back on track- no beating myself up. she shows you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle with ROOM TO MESS UP and get back on track. i used to binge eat, have horrible hormonal issues due to over eating, and had 0 food control, and now? there’s chocolates and chips sitting in my cabinet and i only ate like a couple yesterday because i didn’t feel like having much more, and now they’re sitting in my cabinet and i don’t even think about it. i’ll have them again whenever i want but i don’t want them right now. Billie taught me how to show up as my future self RIGHT NOW and how to have PEACE OF MIND about food and whatever rules we tell ourselves. as a byproduct i’ve been showing up so much more consistently and im already 10 lb down. i’m so excited for the next few months and i feel so confident going into summer with this new mindset. Thanks Billie!

Billie’s approach to weight loss and creating healthy habits really resonates with me. Instead of lots of specific tips on food and exercise, her focus is all about mindset. She has tons of really original ways of thinking about weight loss and overcoming obstacles. I’m so glad I found her podcast right before the holidays! All of her holiday content in particular has been so helpful to me and my journey. Thank you!!

There is no limit to my enthusiasm for what Billie Blake has created in this podcast^_^ Her simple and sensible Ready Four Habits and the mindset tips she shares FOR FREE are super concrete and easy to implement. I loved that I could get started right away. I have been leveling up my nutrition choices and working on how I talk to myself since last November. The results are showing up on the scale for sure (I’ve lost 12 lbs) but more importantly it is staying off!!! I’ve got that Healthy Girl Energy and it was easy and fun. After struggling with my weight since I was 5, I can’t believe this is my story. The reflective practices and empowering questions she shares are worth your time ~ give her a listen and get un-stuck!

Despite being a college athlete and having a health science background, I was struggling with maintaining a balanced diet and felt so defeated when I found this podcast 2 years ago. Last fall, I signed up for the group coaching and it was worth every penny! Billie created a safe space for us to get specific about our day to day hurdles and took the time to break them all down. We learned how to tackle all of the underlying issues to address the root causes of our challenges. It’s not just a weight loss podcast- it’s a mental clarity, personal development, and female empowerment podcast. I never took the time to say THANK YOU, but I hope this suffices:) I still look forward to listening every week, and plan on implementing everything I’ve learned from you for a lifetime!

I have been an avid listener of this podcast since I came across it a few months ago. I started from episode 1 and made my way through. All I have to say is WOW. Billie has completely transformed not only the way I think about weight loss, but the way I think about food and about myself. I have always struggled with my own health and finding/following different programs and now, as Billie says, I am a "recovering perfectionist". I recommend this podcast to everyone! If not for weight loss, then for the mind work and motivation. Thank you BB for creating this podcast and sharing it with people like me! You haven't helped me more than you know!!!
