The beginning of something lifechanging

I have ADHD, and as I type this, I'm literally only halfway through my first episode from this show, and I had to pause to write this. THIS PODCAST IS LIFECHANGING. I am in the middle of my biggest burnout and feeling overwhelmed with daunt, and the wisdom and encouragement I’ve received in the last 35 minutes has totally wrecked me in the best way. I’m recognizing that while I’m super empathetic and understanding towards basically every human I meet, I don’t practice self-empathy. And that’s where I want to start this year - but now equipped with a new perspective and tools to experiment with thanks to this podcast! I can’t wait to dive in deeper!

Life-changing and affirming.

Wow, I am 33 years old and have never been diagnosed. I found this podcast after my partner suggested I look into adult ADD, because he has seen symptoms in me for years. I feel so affirmed, seen, and understood. Thank you for presenting this information and these strategies in such an immensely helpful way, and for encouraging us to view these conditions through the lens of their unique gifts and opportunities.

Life Changing!

This podcast as well as the book have been completely eye opening. I have struggled with my adhd for years and gone through different periods of time on medication but never felt like myself. This book has helped me get a handle on aspects of my wellness that I was ignoring, like diet and exercise and has in turn increased my productivity, mental outlook and so much more. There is also much helpful information on how to organize your life and thoughts! The hosts are easy to listen to as well.
