What I wish doctors knew about evidenced based medicine...
There are no randomized trials that support the general population wearing cloth masks for COVID. The one randomized trial that we have, which is remotely close, compares surgical and cloth masks use during flu season in a medical population who are highly trained to wear masks. What was the result? There was a world of different between cloth masks and surgical masks.
