Inspiration
Been a fan for decades and I’m so proud of your transformation! Thank you for all of the great info! I like the way you were educating Michael Peña about what he should eat. I have the same issues that he has. Being a Mexican, it is hard to diet and change our way of eating! Horchata is so good and those tacos have been my comfort food for so long! It has not been easy to keep away from them but i am doing it! I am enjoying the episodes and thank you for the inspiration!!!!
Interesting Podcast.
I was a big fan of My Name is Earl and when I saw Ethan’s transformation I was stunned. It’s inspiring to see a regular guy who obviously struggled with his weight to accomplish what Ethan has.
Well done sir.
Good content but doesn’t age well.
3 stars cause it’s good and has gems for new listeners. You wanna get motivated and hear some positive encouragement this is perfect.
But after a while the shows become “This week, Ethan says the same thing he said to last weeks guest, to this weeks guest.”
