Everyone deserves that best friend who delivers blunt advice with impunity. Comedian, writer, and actor Iliza Shlesinger is that friend. She has built a cult-like following of listeners seeking her hilarious take on their problems. Every week, people submit their burning questions to the show, with topics ranging from bad coworkers, psychotic bridesmaids, and a mother-in-law who won't move out to faking an accent and diarrhea etiquette. Iliza's answers range from wise and heart-felt to rage-fueled and off-the-wall. She enjoys nothing more than giving incisive life advice to total strangers, sometimes with a celebrity guest in tow. It's always entertaining, so go ahead: Ask Iliza Anything.

Just the best!!
I listen to a lot of different types of podcasts, but AIA is my favorite by far! I look forward to listening all week & am always sad when it’s over. Following Iliza & Emily on Instagram is a treat that gets me through Thursday-Tuesday until new episodes release. I couldn’t love their personalities more. The advice is always thorough and straightforward, with humor sprinkled throughout. I’ve turned friends onto the pod & make my husband listen on road-trips lol
Fake fake fake
Used to listen to the podcast, but Iliza’s negative energy left me feeling so icky I had to stop listening. Her words have become increasingly hateful and decreasingly funny. She comes off as a self-righteous bigot, a narcissist masquerading as a SJW, and there is nothing funny about being a phony.
Do not declaw your cat
On one recent episode, Iliza recommended that Emily declaw her cat. Do not do this. It is cruel and inhumane. Unsubscribing after listening for years.
