Tools for living life more abundantly

After listening to the episode on The Bear I decided to watch the show with my husband. He is the CEO of a large company. He remarked how he saw himself in Carmy. I shared this podcast with him along with the things I’ve been learning about anxiety through listening to the show. It has been life changing for us, both at work and at home as we’ve become cognizant of what’s going on inside of ourselves, and using the things we are learning to pause and take stock of what causes us to be triggered, and what kind of atmosphere we generate. We’ve been sharing the things we are learning with our family and friends. Thank you!

This podcast helped me so much after I read the book, Managing Leadership Anxiety. My friend told me to read that book when he realized how anxious I was as a pastor. He said that his friend had read it and said that it saved him from leaving ministry. The podcast goes even deeper than the book and I listen to it as soon as it pops up on my podcast app.

I learned about Steve by my son in law who gave me his book Managing Leadership Anxiety. It challenged me! I immediately started to listen to the podcast and it encourages me to stay on a path of learning more about my walk with Jesus every day. Ty
