    246. Good Coaching vs Good Member Experience

Todd and Fern discuss the nuances of evaluating a good coach and evaluating the member experience.  Every gym touts their "Coaching and Community".  it doesn't mean anything unless we measure and define it.  In this episode they discuss some measurable aspects of "presence and attitude" of the 6 criteria covered in the CFL2 course.  This one is important to thinking about, identify, quantify and measure.

Best resource since the Journal

I am a CF-L1 and have been coaching nearly full time for almost a year now. This podcast has been a tremendous resource for my development on and off the floor at my gym. Better people make better coaches and Fern, Todd, and Ackerman have helped me become both. Keep up the great work gentlemen! Also it took me almost 4 months to realize that Todd was the flow at my L1 Seminar 🤦🏻‍♂️😅

LISTEN IF YOU OWN A AFFILIATE

That an amazing podcast. These guys really are looking out for the affiliates. So much knowledge dropped it will melt your face off! If you reach out they respond in a very timely manor. My affiliate may not ever know how much Best Hour has helped me improve the gym in their benefit. “Doing Less Better” does produce a better “Best Hour Of Their Day”.
