I’ve wanted to leave a review for months and finally found it! If you want to know how get some control back in your life you’re in the right place. Just hit play while your working, driving, sleeping, cleaning and especially when you’re tempted to reach for those m&m’s! All you need to know is right here, simplified and explained every possible way. When you reach the end, start from the beginning because every time I do, I catch something I missed previously. :)

Life changing true honest Information

I found Delane MD on a search for information on pre diabetes. Dr. Delane provides True, Honest, Motivational Information. I have followed her 2 week eating plan and all the honest information she has shared . In a few months I have seen great changes in my A1C and labs.
