Always Something New to Learn
This podcast has been super insightful to all of the different factors that can affect my glucose and the health benefits of maintaining stable glucose. We are still learning so much and Body Signals helps keep you at the forefront of that knowledge. And Bill is just a really awesome guy - I really enjoy listening to him.
🎧Each episode is jam packed with good knowledge🤯
The host Bill and all of his interviewers have a large knowledge base of all things related to pre-diabetic topics, blood glucose, and related fields. Definitely worth a listen, or two, or 15.
Good mix of guests and info around glucose
I’m glad that Signos has a podcast that dives a bit deeper into different glucose topics because i didn’t quite know how to interpret my data when i started using a CGM. The mix of guests keeps things interesting too!
