My favorite part about Kiara’s podcast is how many different and important topics she covers! It’s not just about nutrition and food, and her episodes on mental and emotional health bring it all together for me. Plus she has amazing guests and every episode I learn so much! This is a great podcast but can barellyyyyyyy hear kiaras voice!! The audio is way too quiet especially compared to the other person, so when I turn it up in the car the other person is blaring and kiara is a normal level :((
