#68: Ensuring Profitability and Employees First with Wally Staples
This is one of my favorite episodes to date. https://wjsbuilders.com/ (Wally Staples), a builder from Maine, has always made a profit over his 28 years in business. He has never had to lay anyone off. And, he has a financial freedom plan for himself and his entire team.
Tune in for the secrets and wisdom of Wally. As I say in the episode, it's an avalanche of good ideas. Enjoy, and happy building out there.
Edit: In the episode we incorrectly stated the number of Wally's employees, Wally has 18 employees (whom by the way have been with him for an average of 9 1/2 years). Amazing retention rate!
This is an amazing podcast. The content is presented well and very relevant. The production quality is great as well.
Great podcast, solid content
Jared provides great content you can really use to build a more successful and profitable remodeling business.
Great insight for Builders
Podcast is great. I’ve been looking for something like this and believe Jared is doing a great job. I love how he brings in all aspects of the process - financing, client relationship, construction, business, etc. and the different experts that come on and share their knowledge. He shares his own experience as well as asking for the experiences of his guests. Keep up the good work!
