    Small Town Roots

    Wade Sommers comes from Jonesville. A small, Michigan town that shaped how he sees work, people, and responsibility. This was Wade’s first-ever podcast, and he opens up about life growing up in a place where everyone knows your name, expectations are real, and effort is noticed. He talks about family. Strong ties.
