    Over the past several months, I’ve felt like I’ve been moving through a deep season of healing, unraveling, and letting go. At times it felt like a dark womb—a space between who I was and who I am becoming. And now, something feels different.     Becoming More Soul Embodied: Why Your Body Is Speaking Louder

    This week’s episode is all about embodiment—what it actually means and what starts to happen as we become more fully in our bodies. As we feel safer in ourselves, something shifts. Our soul begins to communicate more clearly. More directly.  In this episode, I talk about how that communication can show up physically—through sensation, tightness, pain, and how to start understanding what your body might be trying to show you.
