Often times we place pressure on ourselves to be a version of perfection so we discuss how these modalities have helped Emma to peel back her own layers and be comfortable with her true self.

Leonie grew up as a Chinese/Vietnamese migrant in a growing multicultural society and belonging was a feeling that came to her after a long search for herself. We touch on impermanence and the need for an inner feeling of belonging given the nature of life - impermanent.
