    In this episode I speak with a regular yogi at CU Yoga Emma who also happens to be my reiki healer. We discuss how yoga, reiki and meditation have accelerated her journey of healing. Often times we place pressure on ourselves to be a version of perfection so we discuss how these modalities have helped Emma to peel back her own layers and be comfortable with her true self.

    Belonging and impermanence.

    Today I speak with Leonie about how yoga and meditation cultivated a sense of belonging in her life. Leonie grew up as a Chinese/Vietnamese migrant in a growing multicultural society and belonging was a feeling that came to her after a long search for herself. We touch on impermanence and the need for an inner feeling of belonging given the nature of life - impermanent.
