BarooCat ,

A little disappointed

Many of the meditations are very good. What was disappointing is that some of the episodes are labeled meditations when they are really discussions.

Ikiddodrea.1 ,

Starting from the oldest episode

Great sessions when you get to them but there are sooo many advertisement plugs when I just want to meditate... I’m new to this and it is causing a lack of interest

Ladyg06 ,

Could be better

I enjoy the short meditation, breathing techniques offered but pronunciation of the word abdomen is distracting, more importantly for me there’s no easing back to reality, no conclusion, it’s a little jarring. The episode just cuts off and goes into next one and I’m left wondering wait that’s it?
