    Dear Abbey, I'm sensitive OK

Hey guys! Today I talk about being sensitive and learning how to live with this and use it for good!

I’ve always been told I’m an HSP and felt very sensitive to sounds, smells, imagery, and lots of other things.

I talk about being sensitive vs fragile. (Basically not using sensitivity as an excuse to be rude or inconsiderate when I’m overstimulated)

How to be bold and sensitive at the same time and I also answer a dear abbey on my hair routine!!

    Love you guys!
