Everyone uses the toilet, but talking about bowel movements remains a taboo topic. This caused Amanda, like others living with an inflammatory bowel disease, to suffer in silence. It wasn’t until Amanda learned to accept and embrace her journey with colitis – was she able to feel empowered enough to take control of it.
