Episode 17 spoke to my soul

Thank you for this great content! I shared with many of my friends and community because so much is relatable. Stopping negative thoughts and combating stress when disabled or dealing with a chronic issue can be very beneficial and you have great advice!

Such an empowering resource!

It's not that often I find a podcast that I feel was developed to make me feel better, inspire me to do more and learn a lot in the process. I am thrilled I found it and even more thrilled it exists.
