Energetic and inspiring
I love the energy Matthew brings to his interviews and the curiosity he has about his guests. Love this podcast for its varied guests and variety of topics. Something new to learn from each episode! Highly recommended for anyone who's interested in creating a healthier life.
Great Work!
Stumbled across this on YouTube - when the Dorian Yates episode came up - the interview was fantastic and the host of this show is fantastic - asks relevant thought provoking questions and knows his timing with his guests / knowing when to let his guest just talk or when to ask a question - very professional and very refreshing in the podcast arena where every other joe blow can create a podcast and it's amateur hour every episode ....
This podcast is awesome! Great Interviewer - great guests - truthful and motivating.
Only negative is a lot of Chemtrail Warrior Joe Rogan references - drugs - phycadelics -DMT - Yoga - all detrimental aspects of self growth - all this opens up one to possession ...avoid the booze/drugs and go all natty.
Either way great podcast.
