It’s the best-a daily conversation for me.

I don’t like to talk about fasting with my family, friends or coworkers. I listen daily because it feels like a conversation with Tommy and Scott. I find myself agreeing with them and thinking “that happened to me too”. I have this podcast on and off throughout my day. The Best!

Great fasting podcast!

I have listened to quite a few fasting podcasts and this is by far my favorite! I like how each episode completely dives into a topic. Clear explanations and professional production. Binge listen while driving😅

My favorite!

I have been binge listening to all episodes! I love that you are clear and concise and have great personalities! I’ve learned so much. I’m not new to the fasting way of life, but have much to learn always. I’ve reversed type 2 diabetes and have lost 80 lbs since April of 2023. I owe it to low carb eating snd variety of fasting. I want to lose 30 more lbs, kind of stuck for the moment but will get there. Thanks for positive motivation !!
