Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  2. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top to garnish.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the ingredients. Strain over rocks.  2. Garnish with a skewered lime wheel and piece of mango.
