I found Oonagh’s program last year and joined right after doing the 28 transformation. I’ve never been in such an inspiring and easy-to-follow program. I LOVE the energy that Oonagh and her team bring to everything they do. Listening to this podcast is like talking with a friend who is not afraid to give you some tough love!
