My go to podcast (and recipe source)

I love this podcast and listen to it more than any others. Robyn has such a gentle approach to wellness and doing what’s right for your body. Even when content isn’t geared towards my personal needs, I still find it to be interesting. She encourages you to use what feels right to you and disregard what doesn’t. Robyn’s website Realfoodwholelife.com is also my first stop for recipes from muffins to crock pot or instant pot meals. Thanks for everything you do Robyn!

My favorite podcast

Robyn’s Feel Good Effect podcast is hands down my favorite podcast for health, wellness and overall lifestyle improvement. I love her mix of interviews and independent content. Robyn is like having a super smart
best friend who does the research on all the benefits of nutrition, exercise and mental wellness so we don’t have to.

Merry Christmas!

Robyn, I just wanted to leave a review as a Christmas gift to you and your team. I love your interviews and insights. I always look forward to new episodes. It is rare to hear voices in the wellness industry that encourage mindfulness and self acceptance. You do that, and I believe this approach inspires actual change. When we love ourselves, we will care well for ourselves. Thank you for all of your hard work!
