LOVE THIS PODCAST!!

I have been struggling with fitness for the last several years. I’ve been seeing a therapist who specializes in eating disorders as I realized I have binge eating disorder. She recommended that I listen to Fitness & Sushi and these two are so inspiring! Their advice of living in abundance and finding moderation is consistent with the recommendations of my therapist and I have found it so useful!
