In searching for materials for my annual self evaluation goal setting for the next year I came upon Courtney from a couple different sources, always a good sign. Woman’s health and well-being is so under researched and supported, caregivers have no caregiver. This is a great resource. I am in episode 5 and have found each one so well done, comprehensive, female based, intelligent. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, open sourcing your work for our betterment.

Nutrition, exercise, mindset, emotional support all the things that we all need to live fully and healthfully.
