Episode 43- Seeking Stillness, Creativity & Meaning with Bradley Lovell

In this episode we meet with one of my co hosts for our upcoming retreat, Bradley Lovell. An incredible talk diving into his story and what he had done over the last 15 years to become more in tune with himself. He shares his learnings with us in how to empower ourselves to reconnect, the importance of creativity, identity and of course... our upcoming retreat! About our guest: Bradley James is a longtime meditation practitioner and facilitator who stewarded the Southeast Vipassana Center in southern Georgia for three years. With thousands of hours in silence and multiple 10–30 day retreats, his practice has a fermata at its core—an intentional lingering that invites the numinous quiet most people rush past. Years of travelling—including hiking in the Himalayas and Patagonia, completing the Pacific Crest Trail, and backpacking across South America—have given him a wayfarer’s sensibility: simple, spacious, and attentive to the body’s weather. A true Renaissance soul, he makes striking wood-and-epoxy pieces -  tactile prayers dressed in brilliant colors—and composes music that is heart-opening and kinetic. Above all, he seeks to be of service to those aiming for freedom; the instruments he brings are humble and exacting—his hands and his voice. 4. Ep 39- Using Bioresonance Testing in Complex Cases with Jessie Dillon

    JAN 29

Ep 39- Using Bioresonance Testing in Complex Cases with Jessie Dillon

What if your body could tell you exactly where it’s under stress? Bioresonance is a therapy that reads the body’s frequencies across organ systems to reveal imbalances and hidden stressors. It’s an eye-opening approach for complex cases—and a fascinating way to listen to what your body’s been trying to say. About our guest: Jessie Dillon is a certified holistic health coach, Bioenergetic Practitioner (IBA), and Gillespie Craniosacral Fascial Therapist (CFT) with a passion for supporting women and children on their healing journeys. Since graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2018, she has specialized in complex, root-cause conditions—particularly those involving nervous system dysregulation, oral dysfunction, methylation imbalances, and mold toxicity. Jessie uses a deeply personalized and holistic approach that combines bioresonance testing, hands-on bodywork, and compassionate coaching. She believes the body holds the wisdom it needs to heal—often we just need to listen more closely. To help clients uncover what’s beneath the surface, Jessie uses bioresonance testing—a non-invasive tool that evaluates the body’s energetic field using samples of hair, saliva, and nails. This technology helps identify hidden imbalances such as mold exposure, nutrient deficiencies, food sensitivities, hormonal disruptions, and emotional stress patterns—often before they show up on traditional lab work. With this insight, Jessie crafts tailored protocols that gently guide the body back toward balance. She is particularly passionate about working with children and families navigating oral dysfunction, developmental delays, and stress-related concerns. Her training in CFT allows her to offer gentle, integrative bodywork that supports fascial release, craniosacral alignment, and nervous system regulation—all of which can have powerful ripple effects on sleep, digestion, behavior, and overall well-being.
