    On Today's Episode:

Why is being rich something so many people want, but so few achieve. Does being successful guarantee becoming rich? Obviously that requires you to define what success is for you and your journey. The funny twist in all of this is that being rich is so easily fantasized and yet the work it takes to become rich and successful is barely thought of.

Jim Rohn said, “Successful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do.” As hard as that is to accept as truth, it is evident when you look at elite athletes, world-class performers, and the best of the best in any field.

When you watch this, understand that Tom’s drive is always fulfillment, meaning, and purpose. The work it takes to achieve his level of success is not easy nor is it for the faint of heart. It’s not impossible, and it’s not the only path forward, but it has proven to be majorly successful over and over again. The path to becoming rich and successful is going to require you to dig deep and it requires skills, grit, and determination for you to tap into a level of potential you never knew was possible.

When you are unhappy, you may find yourself constantly seeking approval from others, scared to take risks, and hyper focused on the things you don’t have or lack in life. You may unconsciously have habits that are keeping you from being happy, and after this episode you know what you can do to start living with more happiness and intention.

Dr. Rangan Chatterjee is a physician that focuses on successfully treating illness with progressive medicine while taking a 360 approach to health. He’s written multiple books on how to feel better, lose weight, better manage stress and live a happy life. In this episode he’s sharing practical things you can do right now to stop living an unhappy life.

Happiness is a skill we can improve and get better at. It doesn’t have to be overly complicated, and it is super critical to your outlook on life, your relationships, and the state of your overall health. Struggling with health and happiness and not seeing the connection between the two is a mistake we’ve all made for too long.

Let’s get practical and answer these simple questions and thought exercises today:

What are 3 things you could do this week that would truly make you happy and content?
What are 3 things you would wish you have done on your deathbed and regret not doing?
Think about the values that encompass who you are and write them down.

Deciding to live with intention and making the conscious decisions you need to make in order to live a better, happier, and healthier life is free, and it’s the most valuable thing you can do right now for you and the people you love.

    QUOTES:

“Being able to reflect and observe the different voices inside of us is a great place to start your self-awareness because the biggest challenge for most of us is that we don’t know what we’re listening to.” [2:40]

“The problem is we have a list for the one that we want and we don’t have a list for what we need to become, and I don’t mean become to attract, I mean become to just be. Just get to know yourself.” [15:33]

“We think that when we’re full, we’re safe. Our ego makes us believe that when you’re full, when you think you know is all, that’s when you’re safe. The craziest thing is that’s when you are at your weakest.” [26:26]

“We need to have the awareness of developing the emotional skills that our parents didn’t have.” [32:33]

With talks of a global recession on the rise, there is no better time to put your growth mindset to work. Are you ready to revolutionize the way you think about money, inflation and the impending recession?

Chief Executive Money Nerd at Minority Mindset Companies from Punjab, India, Jaspreet Singh has been putting in the work to spread financial education and opportunity on YouTube for years. The goal of this episode is to get you to understand what money really is and give you the knowledge you need to change how you’re using it in your day to day life.

The majority of people will unfortunately continue to become poor and the harsh reality for many is that they won’t even see what’s happening in time if at all. We are dedicated to pulling people out of the matrix and helping them see that human potential is nearly limitless. That includes getting people to see the objective truth about the government's role in the financial system, who the Feds are, and how wealthy, financially educated people think and use money differently from poor, financially uneducated people.

Tom openly shares his example of how you can be a good entrepreneur and bad investor from not asking the right questions. You can start turning the tables and making better decisions to not just prepare for a potential recession, but to also start building real wealth. It’s all mindset, it’s a growth mindset and a minority mindset when you’re willing to learn and understand who your teachers are.

Ali Schu ,

Awesome, as always!

Oh Tom,
I really do apologize for being so vague yesterday.
This is Not an excuse, just an explanation: I do have a pretty brain injury.
That being said, I know that you know several successful people who gotten where they were despite their injuries.
All I really wanted to say was thank you to both you and Lisa.
I wear the necklace everyday and it gives me so much coincidence.
I have learned so much from you-from falling asleep to today the importance of failure(which is good I too have a growth mindset).
