What a gift!

Love this team. All of you are so inspiring. I have many friends and acquaintances who have Type I or Type 2 diabetes and all of them, so far as I know are on Keto or SAD cholesterol diets. I became plant based in 2016 to lower cholesterol and, as a result, have become a totally new healthy, happy person. I am pretty much alone in my passion so it’s enjoyable to listen to podcasts such as yours. Thank you so much.

Get Cyrus, Robby, and Science back

I used to love this. We want information about diabetes and science, not personal stories and bantering back and forth. I recommended to a client and she was turned off from the Mastering Diabetes program as a whole until I redirected her to a YouTube of Cyrus and Robby.

Life Changing!

I stumbled across the Mastering Diabetes team as I was looking for diet suggestions to address prediabetes. These podcasts are fascinating, filled with information and entertaining. I have a health sciences background and I love hearing material that goes deep into the reasons why this approach is effective. I have been following their suggestions for a little over a month. I have lost weight - the last 10 pounds I didn’t dream I could lose- effortlessly. I have more energy, and for some reason, my arthritic knees no longer hurt. I recommend these podcasts to anyone who is interested in the science behind effective lifestyle changes for health.

This podcast today is a BLOCKBUSTER! I have been searching for detailed
accounts of real live endurance athletes with T1D and here it IS: the full scoop on Robbie’s ironman training and competition along with the real numbers for data - blood glucose carbs, foods, heart rate, challenges and victories with CGM and all the management tools WOW - this one is mindblowing a do not miss for endurance athletes or the endurance curious! I am so inspired!!
