My favorite podcast by far, but Sophie needs to step back from interjecting and just be a producer. I like her but she interrupts too often and it takes away from the guest. I haven’t been listening lately because of this.

I have been listening to BTB for six years now. think everyone rating this down because of their misogynistic views on Sophie is ridiculous, she’s a critical part of production and her insights are valuable. Robert is an amazingly thorough storyteller and goes to great lengths to research these stories. Definitely worth your time. And to all of the people saying Sophie needs to say less, I think YOU need to say less. Keep up the good work, BTB!

I absolutely love this podcast - the research, the topics, the host, and the guests are all awesome. Sophie’s interjections are distracting and rarely contribute anything to Robert’s otherwise well-paced scripts. I’m sure she does a great job as a producer, but as an unintended guest host, she really brings the quality of the show down a notch.
