My local area coordinator had a table set up there. She wonderfully shared how we could gather as moms to pray for our children and schools, releasing the stress and anxious thoughts that burden us. So, I started a group right away with one other mom! God was faithful to bring others to pray with us for the schools in our area. And, it’s such a God thing that, in the following years, I was able to host that same Moms in Prayer table at my church, continuing to share the vision that all schools be covered in prayer! My favorite Scripture verse and one I cling to, is Ephesians 3:20, “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us…” I have been married to John since 2009 and we have two teenage boys, Cooper and Cade. We enjoy activities together in the “great outdoors” from the mountains to the coast! SCRIPTURES But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! Galatians 5:22-23 NLT Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart. Proverbs 3:3 NLT And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart. Ezekiel 36:26 NLT And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him. 1 John 5:14-15 ESV “The day is coming,” says the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and Judah. This covenant will not be like the one I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand and brought them out of the land of Egypt.
