I also have his Bedtyme App

I started off with Daniel’s Bedtyme app and found that it was simple, easy to use, and made me much more conscious of my sleep patterns. I’ve incorporated it into my own sleep habits now and was excited to see his new podcast on the subject. This is really good info for any person who has sleep problems or knows someone who suffers from insomnia. Simple changes can make a big difference!

Great complement to BedTyme

Dr. Daniel’s podcasts are a perfect complement to his BedTyme app. As a sleep specialist, he is the go to expert, as we navigate to find reliable and useful information about getting a sound sleep. I find the audio very easy to listen to and I certainly am able to pick up a lot of valuable tips for myself and my patients.
