    284. Keeping Up With Yourself Energetically I’m recording this one from a rainy Utah day, in the middle of retreat prep. In this episode, I’m talking about what it means to keep up with yourself energetically, which is really the heart of all the work I do with my clients. I share the stories behind it: quitting volleyball my senior year to go all-in on basketball, my “offer graveyard,” and the time one email called me confusing while another loved how I iterate in real time. I also get into the cycles of birthing ideas and letting things die, why the void is part of the process, and why you can’t force clarity.
