It's T. Gentlemen, it might not be you either. It might be your lab report. Years ago, before I pulled my breast implants out, I was exhausted, foggy, and living in a body that felt like someone else's. My OBGYN ran my hormones and told me my testosterone was "in range." In range. Cool. Then why did I feel like a phone stuck at 2% battery? When I dug deeper with real testing, the truth came out. I was testosterone deficient, progesterone deficient, running on fumes for cortisol, and estrogen dominant. All of it missed. All of it "normal." I was left to remedy it myself. And I'm not the only one. Let me introduce you to a few people you'll meet on the show. Jay, mid-50s. One testosterone test. Result: 313. His lab colored it green and called it normal, because their "normal" tops out at 716. Our CHI optimal range starts at 700. His PSA was high too. Nobody looked any further. He got a thumbs up and a "see you next year." Jeff, mid-70s. We ran his full hormone panel. His total testosterone of 371 looked passable on paper. But a protein called SHBG was acting like a bouncer, holding most of his testosterone hostage, so the testosterone his body could actually use was almost empty. Meanwhile his brain was screaming for more and his body couldn't answer. His lab report marked just 3 results in red. Measured against our CHI optimal ranges, 9 out of 11 were off. Don, from our VIP group. Working out, eating clean, spending about $500 a month on peptides, and feeling only "a little better." His doctor said his labs looked great. His testosterone? 320. When we dug in, we found mold, estrogen mimicking toxins from his environment, and years of cortisone shots quietly stealing it. A CHI patient in her early 50s. Tired, losing muscle, libido gone, skin and hair aging faster than she was. On top of that, Hashimoto's: her immune system attacking her own thyroid. Her testosterone came back at 6.4 in a lab range of 4.6 to 312.6. "In range." On the floor. And not one person talked to her about her other hormones. Four people. One pattern: "normal" on paper, running on empty in real life. That's why I'm hosting a brand new show for women and men. Were you told hormones were off the table forever after breast cancer? Were you told your low T was "just getting older"? Did anyone ever show you the study behind the warning? Yeah. Me neither. So I went and found them. Here's what we'll dig into: What your hormones do for you. Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone run your bones, brain, heart, sleep, mood, muscle and libido. When they drop, everything drops with them. How we got here. Toxins, stress and a system that waits for disease instead of preventing it. Why you're not getting support. Lab ranges so wide you can be nearly empty and still "normal." Why we're so afraid of HRT. The scary headlines that sent a whole generation of women running, and the part they left out. And the numbers they never showed you. For the men: The biggest testosterone trial ever done was built to prove testosterone causes prostate cancer. 5,246 men. The result? 12 cancers on testosterone, 11 on placebo. A tie. Oops. Men left with low T had more than double the prostate cancer of men who got their testosterone back. A study found men with low T had an 88% higher risk of death than men with normal levels. In just 20 years, young men lost a quarter of their testosterone. And testosterone has dropped by about a third since the late 1980s, at every age. For the women: Women on testosterone had 47% less breast cancer than expected. And breast cancer survivors on testosterone? Zero recurrences in up to 8 years. You've probably heard me repeat: you can't fix hormones with hormones. HRT can be life-changing. But please, don't do HRT naked. Taking hormones without asking why they dropped is like pouring premium fuel into a car with a clogged fuel line. Something besides your birthday is draining your tank. Often it's toxins, gut issues, stress or inflammation, and if you don't clear those, your hormones can't do their job. So on the show I'll walk you through where peptides, supplements and bioregulators fit in, so your body can use the hormones you're giving it and you get the results you're paying for. I call bull$hit on "you're fine." You deserve the whole story, and so does the person you love. Bring your questions. Bring your labs. Bring your partner, even if you have to bribe them with snacks.
