Intrusive thoughts
I cannot thank you enough for this podcast! I stumbled across this a few days ago as I am in the midst of suffering more intrusive thoughts, to the point that it is affecting my whole life. I have suffered from OCD and intrusive thoughts since I was 7, now I’m 40, and have never received affective therapy. This podcast makes me understand so much about my mental health and made me feel not so alone. I also appreciate that you include faith!!!!
