Life changer

I’ve been listening to head space since 2018. I was in a very dark and lonely place. And finally turned to meditation. I found Headspace through a self help program. Just listening to Andy’s voice was a huge help. The tone was perfect for getting your attention and making you think. Always keeps you focused. I don’t know where I would be today without it. Thank you Headspace you saved a life.

Love my Headspace

I have been listening to space podcast since it started I believe. I also utilize the Headspace app and have been doing so for approximately four years now. It has made a tremendous difference in my life and how I react to things. I have a morning ritual most every day. With my coffee in hand and sitting on my back porch watching the sunrise. I first watch the wake up, then I listen to the podcast, and then I partake in meditations. I cannot articulate enough how the practice has made a difference.

I truly just started noticing the bigDifferences in my thought processes the past eight months. I am definitely less reactive, more in tune with my emotions, definitely more introspective but not in a bad way.

I enjoy all the new Headspace meditators on the app, however I do miss Andy but I’m grateful that he is off living a wonderful life. Keep up the good work headspace, I truly wake up every morning looking forward to my time with a Headspace podcast, Headspace wake up, and my Headspace meditations. Keep up the great work!
