    #304 - 3 Things I Did to Restart My Instagram... Again (While Posting Less)

    My engagement fell off a cliff, and I was bored of my own content.  Not stuck. Not clueless. I've got the systems, the prompts, the whole content machine. The posts were going up four times a week, on time, every week... and they were completely beige. So I planned a comeback tour. Three specific things, in a specific order. Last month we picked up nearly 1,500 new followers, posts are getting seen again, and I'm posting less than I was before. If you know exactly what to post, you're doing it properly, and it's just not landing anymore... this episode is for you. Inside: why I spent an entire afternoon building freebies I could have charged for, and the "list loop" trick I used to make my email list do the heavy lifting on Instagram.
