Understanding Tarot: Intuition, Energy & Why No Two Readings Are Ever the Same

Send us Fan Mail In this episode, I share my personal perspective after more than 35 years of working with Tarot, exploring how intuition, energy, and intention shape every reading. Tarot isn’t about being told what to do or predicting a fixed future - it’s a tool that helps shift perspective, move energy, and bring awareness to what may be ready to be seen. I talk about the difference between a connected reading and a “cold read,” what it means to be a conduit for Spirit, and why your own energy plays such an important role when working with the cards. I also explore why no two readers interpret Tarot the same way and why that’s part of its magic. This is an honest, grounded conversation about trusting your intuition, deepening your spiritual connection, and allowing Tarot to support you in your own unique way. Take what resonates… and keep the rest in your pocket for later. 👉 If this episode spoke to you, consider sharing it with other Empaths! 💫 Thanks for listening. 🎙️Podcast Credits: This episode of 'An Inside Job with Rose' was created, hosted, and written by me, Rose Monaco. 2025 Reflection: Healing, Growth & Turning a New Page

Send us Fan Mail As we move into the Christmas season and gently close the chapter on 2025, this episode is a heartfelt reflection on healing, growth, and finally feeling 'home'. In this special episode, I share a blog I recently wrote after reflecting on the tarot cards I pulled for myself for December in my personal 2025 reading. Looking back at these cards, the Queen of Pentacles, the Magician, and the Angel card 'You know what to do', I realised how clearly they reflected the journey I’ve walked this year. 2025 wasn’t about big and dramatic moments. It was about something far deeper: choosing myself, releasing old narratives, healing long-held wounds, and finally stepping into my true self with kindness, trust, and confidence. In this episode, I reflect on: How the Queen of Pentacles became a mirror of the woman I’ve grown intoLearning to trust my inner wisdom and the tools I already hadReleasing the old mindset and beliefs -choosing a new and fresh approachWhy inner work isn’t the hardest part—avoiding it isA grounding end-of-year affirmation to help you release 2025 and welcome 2026This episode is reminding you to slow down, reflect on your own year, and honour how far you’ve come, especially the quiet moments of growth that often go unnoticed. Please Note - January podcast There will be no podcast episodes in January as I take some time to rest, reconnect with family, and energetically prepare for a big and beautiful 2026. January is being honoured as my sacred pause. Thank You A heartfelt thank you to my Patreon community, whose support makes this podcast possible.
