97 - What's Meant For You Will Always Find You

The podcast is back. And no, I'm not going to spiral into guilt about the gap. I'm just here, and here is where it counts. This episode dropped in because of a recent full moon in Sagittarius and the kind of radical honesty it brings. Not the sit-your-friend-down kind. The sit-yourself-down kind. I'm talking about the thing so many of us do. The energy we burn trying to make sure we don't miss what's meant for us. The overthinking, the crossroads paralysis, the what-if-I-go-the-wrong-way spiral. And what the universe has been reminding me of, loudly (with a little help from a very happy bird outside my office): what is meant for you will always find you. We dig into: Why overthinking at the crossroads is keeping you stuck and why it actually doesn't matter which road you takeThe truck-and-container metaphor that reframes everything about timing, alignment, and trustWhat happens when you veer off the path (hint: you're still going to find your way back)Why staying true to yourself is the only navigation system you actually needWhat's coming in the 10-part miniseries and why it's the most aligned work I've brought to this podcast yetPlus a little preview of the series arc: from who you were told to be, all the way through to who you actually are and how you go live that. If you've been here from the beginning, thank you for your patience and for coming back. If this is your first episode, welcome. You picked a good one. ichelfrancis.com

96 - I made a big mistake, huge (and you probably are too)

Welcome back to the Aligned Alchemy podcast and honestly, what a way to return. No easing in gently here. We're going straight to it. In this episode I'm getting real about a big business mistake I made at the end of 2025 . It's one that, if I'm being completely honest, I absolutely knew better than to make. And that's exactly why I'm talking about it. Because if someone who has been working with energy, alignment and intuition for decades can still fall into this trap, you probably can too. I'm breaking down how I almost launched The Sovereign Circle — a 12-month container that has been in the works for three to four years — on the wrong date, from the wrong energy, for all the wrong reasons. I'm talking about what it feels like when something looks right on paper but feels completely off, and what happened when I finally listened to that knowing and pulled back. I'm also getting into a secondary lesson that has shown up before in my life (and maybe in yours too) that is, what happens when you create something based on what other people say they want, rather than what you actually feel called to create. In this episode: Why January 1st is an energetically arbitrary date and what it's costing you in your businessThe internal conflict between your logical, systems-loving self and your intuitive, aligned self (and how to stop letting the wrong one drive)The Spring Equinox and why it's the actual energetic new year for starting thingsWhat "main character energy" looks like in your business and lifeThe subtle but critical difference between listening to what your clients say they want and listening to what you're actually called to createWhy repeated lessons don't mean you failed — they mean you've evolved to a new levelSovereign circle waitlist
