Wowza— I’ve followed Michelle for some time on Instagram and for some reason am just now starting to listen to her podcast. Her most recent episode on icks of intuitive eating spoke to my dietitian soul. I found Michelle’s podcast from her Instagram when I was trying to find content online that would help me improve my relationship with food and my body. This podcast is so informative and hits on concepts close to home for me. Lots of relatable content and actions kr steps to help me on my journey!
