MAJOR recovery boost

I felt so alone in the depths of my recovery from hypothalamic amenorrhea. I questioned myself all the time: Am I doing enough to get my period back? Am I weird for thinking and feeling these things? Can I eat more and still do HIIT training?

The ugly truth is that very few medical professionals know what HA is and how to treat it properly. So when you find an HA expert who knows exactly what you’re going through (not only on a physical level but also on an emotional level), pay attention.

Cynthia’s podcast has given my HA recovery a mega boost. It’s worth a listen.

Healing!

I started listening to Cynthia’s podcast over a year ago after coming across her Instagram page.

Never had I felt so SEEN and HEARD for the things I was struggling with. I didn’t feel condemned for my behaviors, but rather, I felt ENCOURAGED to pursue deep healing and change!

I completed her program last year and I’m happy to say it was one of my best decisions ever. I’m now living FREE, and with a PERIOD!
