Follow Your Gut Podcast

Juniper Bennett

Follow Your Gut is a safe place for raw, vulnerable conversations about motherhood, health and real life. The beautiful parts. The hard parts. The blood, the tears, the questions we’re often afraid to ask out loud. Nothing is too personal. Nothing is too much information. Because the conversations we need most are usually the ones no one is having. Hosted by Juniper Bennett, founder of ōnlē organics and mother of four, these are the conversations that don’t always fit neatly into a caption. We talk about our bodies, our children, the microbiome and gut health, skin, behavior, emotions, poop, vaginal health, infections, healing, and the messy human reality of it all. This is a place to be curious, ask better questions, say the things we’re all thinking, and finally get to the root.

What Healthy Poop Actually Looks Like | 201

Your poop and your child’s poop are some of the clearest windows into what is happening inside the body. But most of us have been taught to plug our noses, flush quickly, and treat elimination as something disgusting or embarrassing. In this episode, Juniper changes the way you understand poop. You will learn what healthy poop looks like from infancy through adulthood, how breastfed and formula-fed baby poop differs, what withholding looks like in toddlers, and why pooping every day doesn’t always mean you are eliminating completely. Juniper also breaks down hard pellets, cracked stools, smears, watery poop, undigested food, mucus, unusual colors, floating stools, strong smells, urgency, and incomplete elimination. She explains what these patterns communicate about digestion, absorption, motility, and the gut microbiome. You will also understand why laxatives and fiber don’t answer the deeper question of why the body is struggling to eliminate on its own, why poop is one of the body’s most important drainage pathways, and how the ōnlē Rebalance Method addresses the internal environment connected to digestion and elimination. When this episode ends, you will never look at poop the same way again. Look before you flush. Your body is communicating. Thanks for listening! I can't wait for you to experience the ōNLē transformation. ♡ Subscribe to the Nourished NewsletterExplore the Gut Rebalance KitsVisit our FAQ'sFollow along on a InstagramTake the free Gut Health QuizEmail us at customercare@onleorganics.com Sending love and wellness from my family yours, xx - Juniper Bennett Founder of ōNLē ORGANICS

200 Episodes Later, This Is What I Know About Healing | 200

Two hundred episodes ago, I started the Follow Your Gut podcast because I wanted to create what I desperately needed while healing my son… a place where someone who understood how hard it was behind closed doors, believed what I was seeing, and could hold hope for me when mine had been crushed by years of dismissal. For this 200th episode, I am not sharing 200 lessons, revisiting the most downloaded episodes, or giving you another list of healing tips. I am sharing what I now know with absolute certainty after healing my son, building ōnlē, and supporting tens of thousands of families. I know you are not imagining the patterns you see. Your body is not betraying you. Your child’s body is communicating. Common does not mean normal. Healing is safe, your intuition is so important, and you are the most powerful leader of your own health and your family’s health. I also explain why healing asks you to become someone new, how familiar survival patterns can create subconscious resistance, and why you have to stop hoping for the outcome and begin looking beyond the turn with the knowing that you and your child are already healing. If your hope has been crushed by being dismissed, gaslit, or passed from specialist to specialist, let me hold it for you today. I believe you. I believe IN you. And I know you can heal. Thanks for listening! Start Here: The Root of Your Symptoms and Exactly Where to Begin | 197

If you feel overwhelmed by everything happening in your body or your child’s body, this is where you start. You don’t need a separate answer for the eczema, constipation, food reactions, recurring infections, anxiety, poor sleep, hormonal symptoms, sensory struggles, or exhaustion. Different symptoms are different ways the body communicates the same foundational imbalance. In this episode, Juniper explains how the gut microbiome influences every system in the body, why isolated products and symptom-specific protocols leave you with more pieces to manage, and what it actually means to heal from the root. You will learn how the ōNLē Rebalance Method eliminates harmful overgrowths, replenishes beneficial bacteria, binds what the body is clearing, and restores essential minerals through one complete methodology. Juniper also explains where women, men, children, breastfeeding mothers, and babies begin, along with the difference between the 64-Day Rebalance Method and the fully supported 128-Day Rebalance Experience. If you’ve been waiting for someone to connect the dots, make this simple, and tell you exactly what to do next, this is it. Thanks for listening! My Biggest Regret While Healing My Son, and How You Can Avoid It | 196

My son fully healed. Every single symptom went away. But when I look back at the first two years of his life, I barely remember them. I was so focused on finding answers, monitoring every symptom, and trying to heal his body that I missed the child right in front of me. I missed two tender years of my daughter’s life. I missed two years of my marriage. I lost two years of myself. That is my biggest regret from healing my son, and I am sharing it so you can move through your or your child’s healing differently. In this episode, we are talking about how easily healing can become another end goal that consumes your life. You tell yourself you will relax when the rash disappears. You will leave the house when your child feels better. You will play, travel, breathe, and enjoy motherhood once everyone is sleeping again. But your life is happening right now. You can actively support your child’s body, address the deeper imbalance behind their symptoms, and remain present for the child in front of you. Their symptoms deserve your attention, but their symptoms are not who they are. I also share how rebalancing supported my own gut-brain connection, sleep, nervous system, and capacity to be present. Because healing is not only about the symptoms that disappear. It’s about who you and your child become along the way. Thanks for listening!
