When a recurring stress fracture forced her off the road, she pivoted to coaching. Caroline is a certified group fitness instructor (ACE & TRX), cycle instructor (Spinning™️), personal trainer (NASM), and now running coach (RRCA). She's finishing her Lydiard Level II training this Summer.
