A lot of people are ashamed to admit that they're jealous. How refreshing that Shanenn brings this important topic to the surface so people know they're not alone and can make necessary changes.

I just finished episode 62 with Jenny Swisher and it was such a good episode. Highly recommend anyone who is a woman or will be a women or has someone like that in their life give this episode a listen. The information about reproductive cycles alone should be required in every middle school health class.
