Lonely Teardrops
In this counseling episode, Michelle tells Sven she's leaving her partner of 7 years, knows it's the right thing to do, but is terrified of being alone. She's scared of the quiet. Her unsupportive mother was never her champion, and her hate for her stepfather is real. Still, she thinks her mother's approval is the key to her peace and happiness. Sven compassionately guides Michelle, through her tears, to the truths that will actually bring her the relief she so deserves. Explicit content.

Anxious Journaling as a Result of Legal System Abuse
Becca,
I went through this too…there are apps now you can get on your smart phone that you can hide and password lock. It took me 2-3yrs but I started again this way. Now, today I’m writing in a paper journal for almost a year now (btw, that when it’s full I burn) and at this point today I’ve began through what started as an assignment in a law class I’m taking after deciding to return to school, work on my personal narrative. DO NOT GIVE UP!!! It is hard, YOU Can DO hard things!
#19 IX Stonewalling after accusing of cheating
I listen to this episode and was left a little confused & cliff hung on the stonewalling. I made accusation to my wife married to for 18 years and shouldn’t had of her cheating. I didn’t have proof My question is your answer of stonewalling, is caused by the other spouse did not cheat or that she did? She has stonewalled me and also my kids follow suit. Her and my kids will not speak to me unless spoken to or somethings wrong or needed
Profoundly Helpful and Healing
Sven’s podcasts have become a profoundly helpful and healing counter message to all of the negative messaging I got as a child. If you are looking for a better, faster way to heal through self directed therapy his podcasts and his books are phenomenal. No joke. I have been in therapy on and off since 1997 and I have been able to heal more in the last three months since I found his work than I have in the last 27 years. If you are tired of slow, ineffective therapy and are a DIY type who is ready to dive deep and get work done, Sven’s work will help you like nothing else. His work has changed my life in a profound way.
I personally can’t handle the counseling episodes of the podcast, but I LOVE the Q&A lighting rounds where Sven goes on mini rants in response to people’s questions. I really enjoy those episodes.
