About two months after we launched my Facebook group, our sales went up 63%. It grew to 38,119 members... and then I shut the whole thing down. In this episode, I share what changed: nobody wanted more Facebook notifications, people weren't making it onto our email list, spam kept creeping in, and content got buried. Facebook group lead generation just wasn't working the way it used to, and it wasn't serving our members anymore either. If you've been searching how to grow facebook group members, or how to get clients from Facebook groups, this is what I'd want to know before putting more time into it. I researched community platforms like Skool, Circle, and Mighty Networks, looking for the best community platform for what I needed: one place for my leads AND my buyers, with private areas that open up when someone buys, so nobody has to juggle another login. That search led me to build the Momentum community, and I replaced over 200 funnels with it.
