    For years, I genuinely believed my body was the problem. I thought if I could just lose enough weight, get lean enough, flatten my stomach, or finally achieve the “perfect” body, then I would finally feel confident, accepted, peaceful, and happy. But even when my body changed… nothing inside me truly changed.
