I'm also sharing the two things that are working really well for my mental health lately!

Mental health is an important topic and should not be ignored…..regardless of what you are feeling they are valid. Breaking the stigma… getting help and having tools is essential to your wellbeing.
The intention of today’s healing meditation is to create serenity…..peace and calm
Lets Center…….Calling forth your Spirit, spirit guides, masters and guardians to surround you…..support you and guide you ... ... ..place any intentions you have in your heart and mind now……and so it is and so be it…
I invite you to find a comfortable position…………. lying down ... .let go and close your eyes gently………
Take a deep breath in……..allowing your lungs to fill with fresh air………and exhale……. slowly…….releasing any tension or stress you may be carrying with you……PAUSE
Let each breath bring you closer to a state of serenity and tranquility……….
Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a vast………tranquil lake………..PAUSE
The surface of the water is smooth and calm……….reflecting the clear blue sky above like a mirror………LONG PAUSE
Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and the gentle breeze brushing against your face.
As you take a step forward……….you notice a small rowboat resting peacefully by the shore………
This boat is your vessel for the journey ahead……..a symbol of your ability to navigate through life's challenges with grace and ease……..PAUSE
Climb into the boat and feel the sturdy wooden seat beneath you………..
Take a moment to appreciate the stillness of the lake and the beauty that surrounds you……………LONG PAUSE
With each stroke of the oar……….feel yourself drifting further away from the shore………..leaving behind the worries and stresses of everyday life……..
As you row across the tranquil waters……….. allow your mind to wander freely……..PAUSE
Imagine yourself surrounded by a sense of calm and peace………. like a protective cocoon enveloping you in its embrace………….PAUSE
Feel your muscles relaxing………. your breathing slowing down………and your mind becoming clear and focused………PAUSE
As you continue to row……..notice how the scenery around you begins to change……..
Lush green trees line the shores of the lake…..their leaves rustling softly in the breeze…..
Birds sing their melodious tunes…….and the gentle lapping of the water against the boat creates a soothing rhythm…….PAUSE
With each passing moment………feel yourself sinking deeper into a state of serenity and relaxation……….PAUSE
Allow yourself to let go of any tension or anxiety you may be holding onto………. surrendering to the peace that surrounds you.
As you reach the center of the lake………..allow yourself to simply be present in this moment………..PAUSE
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths……..savoring the feeling of tranquility that fills your being……..
Know that you can return to this place of serenity whenever you need to find refuge from the storms of life……..
You hold the power to cultivate inner peace and calmness within yourself……no matter what challenges may arise…….LONG PAUSE
Inviting you back….begin to deepen the breath and find yourself back in the room you are in……..
Slowly open your eyes and bring your awareness back to the present moment……..PAUSE

A famous quote by Lord Buddha, “We are what we think, all that we are arises with our thoughts, with our thoughts we make the world.”
Are thoughts powerful…they can make the difference of how we see and interact with the world…for good or bad. They can keep us from achieving great things and also help us achieve great things.
Allow us to be mindful in our thoughts so that we can live a life of wonder and purpose.
The intention of today’s healing meditation is to create intentional thoughts and bring us into a place of mindful unity.
Lets invoke: Calling forth your Spirit, Spirit guides and Guardians to surround and protect you for the highest and greatest good and so it is…and so be it….
Find a comfortable seated or lying position……. gently closing your eyes.
Take a moment to settle into the stillness of your space……… allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment and calm…..
As we embark on this journey of healing……… let us first embrace the wisdom of Buddha who taught that the mind is everything………What we think, we become……PAUSE
Let go of any tension in your body and release the worries of the day……….
Breathe in deeply……... .filling your lungs with fresh……. invigorating air…..
Exhale…….releasing any stress or negativity…..PAUSE
Now……..let's focus on the principles of health……happiness….and spirituality… as we delve into the essence of yogic wisdom…PAUSE
Take a deep breath in……. feeling the cool….. cleansing air entering your body……
As you exhale…….. release any toxins or negative thoughts that may linger within………
Inhale again…….. inviting warmth and positive energy…….
Exhale….. letting go of any judgments or self-doubt…..PAUSE
Imagine a radiant light surrounding you……… a healing energy that permeates every cell of your being……
This light represents the essence of health and vitality……. Feel it embracing you like a warm cozy blanket…….bringing a sense of balance and harmony to your body… mind and spirit…PAUSE
Now……. turn your attention to the principle of happiness……..
Picture a garden within your heart space……. filled with vibrant flowers of joy and gratitude…….with each breath…….. nourish these flowers…… allowing happiness to bloom within you……..PAUSE
Release any attachments to past sorrows or future worries………PAUSE
Happiness is a choice……. and in this moment….. you choose joy
As you breathe……… let the calming waves of presence wash over you……
In the present moment…..there is peace……PAUSE
Feel the gentle rhythm of your heartbeat….the gentle rhythm of your breath….. the rise…. and fall of your chest……PAUSE
Be fully aware of the sensations within your body………feel the tranquility
Now…….connect with your spirituality……..
Imagine a divine light above you…… your higher power……pouring down a shower of blessings upon you…..PAUSE
Feel the sacred energy surrounding you…… lifting your spirit and connecting you to the vast universe……..PAUSE
In this space…. you are divinely supported and guided
Bring your awareness to the yogic principles of balance and unity………
Envision yourself as a tree rooted deeply into the earth……. drawing strength and stability………PAUSE

Have you ever been consumed with what other people do or say…… Maybe it has made you angry…..irritable and frustrated….. Have you judged another? We have all fallen into this thinking at some point in our lives.
The intention of today’s healing meditation is to release the need to judge another and their actions so that you can live your life and they can live theirs.
Lets Center ... .calling forth your Spirit, Spirit guides and Angels to support you on your journey and release the need to judge another and find peace ... .and so it is and so be it……….
Begin to find a comfortable position lying down………allow your space to be quiet and uninterrupted for your healing meditation…….
Let your eyes gently close………..
Become fully relaxed and focus on your breath……….PAUSE
Take a few deep breaths……….inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling gently through your mouth………..
Do this a few times…..in and out……….
Allow each breath to calm your mind and relax your body……………….
Go deeper and deeper ………..let go….PAUSE
Feel and go deeper within yourself…..all your emotions…..observe the good and bad…..
Be the witness to your thoughts……….
As you continue to breathe deeply…………bring your awareness to your heart center…….
Notice any sensations or feelings that arise in this area…………..PAUSE
Now……….think of someone in your life who has caused you pain or frustration………
Reflect on the emotions that come up when you think of them……..
Allow yourself to acknowledge these feelings without judgment……….
With each inhale………….breathe in compassion for yourself and for the person you're thinking of………….PAUSE
With each exhale………..release any tension or negativity you're holding onto…….letting go of judgment and resentment………..
Becoming aware of your goodness within………..
Repeat to yourself silently…………"I accept others as they are…….knowing that everyone is on their own path…….. I release the need to control or change them……. I choose to live in peace and harmony with myself and others………LONG PAUSE
Imagine a gentle stream flowing gracefully through a lush forest………its waters glimmering in the soft sunlight………PAUSE
As you observe the stream………notice how effortlessly it moves……..unrestricted by obstacles or judgments………..PAUSE
Allow yourself to be like the stream……….flowing with ease and grace……unencumbered by the weight of judgment…………PAUSE
Picture any judgments or criticisms you may hold about yourself or others as leaves floating upon the surface of the stream…………….
With each breath………….. watch as these leaves gently drift away……..carried downstream by the current…………..
Feel the weight of judgment slowly lifting from your shoulders………. leaving you feeling lighter and more at peace…………..PAUSE
As you continue to breathe deeply………..allow a sense of acceptance and compassion to wash over you………….
Judgment serves only to create barriers within yourself and between others…….. hindering your ability to experience true freedom and peace………PAUSE

Fearless and Gaining Courage
Fear can creep in on you where you least expect it…..it can come in quick and fast…or slow and deep….acknowledge the need to run and hide…to make it go away….to extinguish the fear…….But this time……..I invite you to welcome it in so that you can be fearless gaining courage….invite your fear and anxiety to come along…. Invite it with you
The intention of today’s healing meditation is to explore fear so that you can face it and let it go.
Lets invoke: Calling forth your spirit, spirit guide and Angels to guide and help you face this challenge. Place your hands on your heart…bring to mind your own intentions….and so it is and so be it…
Drop into your breath ... .allow yourself a long slow inhale…..long slow exhale ... ..as you continue to breathe search inside yourself…. find the fear ... ..and the anxiety…wherever it may be…..
Keep grounding the breath………feel the breath as it enters and leaves your body….grounding you in the present moment……..PAUSE
Bring your attention to the sensations in your body……..Be aware of any tension….. and with each exhale……release any tightness you may be holding onto……..
Now……..gently turn your attention to any fears or anxieties you may be experiencing.
Without judgment…… allow these emotions to surface………PAUSE
Picture them as clouds passing through the sky of your mind……..Moving from one side to the other…easy…..freely and peacefully…………
Observe them with a compassionate curiosity……………PAUSE
As you continue to breathe deeply……… imagine inhaling a sense of courage and exhaling any fears or doubts……….
Visualize the courage filling your entire being……… strengthening you from within….
PAUSE
Take a moment to scan your body from head to toe……… with each breath… release tension in different parts of your body…..PAUSE
Rest your hands beside you…in an air of giving and receiving……soften your eyes…above the eyes…..behind the eyes……drop your jaw……..PAUSE
You are more and more relaxed……one with yourself… the spaciousness around you…the rhythm of your heart beat……be aware that you are breathing…..
Allow a wave of relaxation to flow through you….. creating space for courage to take root…..you are strong….PAUSE
Bring to mind moments in your life where you demonstrated courage……. no matter how small……reflect on these instances with gratitude for your inner strength……Know that this courage is within you………always accessible…..LONG PAUSE
Extend kindness and compassion to yourself…….. Recognize that fear is a natural part of the human experience……….PAUSE
Embrace your vulnerabilities with love and acceptance…….
Breathe in the courage and feel it flow in through your heart and pump out your toes…..
Breathe in again….let go…..
Carry the sense of fearlessness and courage with you…………PAUSE
Remember that you have the power to overcome challenges…….. and you are not alone on this journey……….LONG PAUSE
When you are ready…….. gently open your eyes…….bringing the qualities of fearlessness and courage into the rest of your day………PAUSE
May you move forward with confidence and a heart full of courage…….
